Lisa Marie — Founder & Care Provider

Lisa Marie is the founder of Integrity Pet & Property Care, operating under the umbrella brand Merm’s Treasure Chest, LLC. She founded the business with a vision of creating dependable, relationship-based pet and property care rooted in professionalism, compassion, communication, and integrity.

After being diagnosed with Long Covid and dystonia in November 2022 — following years of undiagnosed dystonia symptoms dating back to approximately 2005 — Lisa was forced to reevaluate her career path and rebuild life in a way that aligned with both her health needs and her lifelong passion for caring for others. What began as a deeply personal season of uncertainty ultimately became the foundation for building a purpose-driven business centered on trust, resilience, and meaningful service.

A licensed educator through the Ohio State Board of Education, Lisa holds certification as a Professional Intervention Specialist (K–12) along with a TESOL endorsement (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Her professional background in education, communication, diverse learners, and family support brings a high level of responsibility, organization, and trustworthiness to every client relationship.

As a member of Pet Sitters International, Lisa is committed to maintaining professional standards within the pet care industry while continuing to grow a business built on accountability, consistency, and personalized care.

Lisa believes pets thrive best in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes and is passionate about building trusted relationships with both clients and their pets while providing genuine peace of mind during every visit.

CAREGIVER

Sandi brings a calm, compassionate, and dependable presence to the Integrity Pet & Property Care team. A retired Human Resources manager and lifelong animal lover, she understands the importance of trust, communication, and attention to detail when caring for both pets and clients’ homes.

Known for her nurturing personality and ability to remain calm during stressful or unexpected situations, Sandi helps create a reassuring experience for both pets and their owners. Her patience, reliability, and genuine love for animals make her a valued part of the team and someone clients feel comfortable trusting with their pets and homes.

CAREGIVER and ACCOUNTING

Terry brings reliability, professionalism, and strong organizational support to the Integrity Pet & Property Care team. With a professional background in accounting, she oversees back-office operations including bookkeeping, financial management, scheduling support, and administrative organization.

Terry and Lisa first connected through an entrepreneurial program offered through the Cuyahoga County Public Library system, where they discovered a shared commitment to professionalism, growth, and building meaningful community-centered businesses.

Her detail-oriented approach helps ensure the business operates smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes while maintaining the high standards of accountability and professionalism clients expect from Integrity Pet & Property Care.

Terry’s calm presence, consistency, and dedication to supporting the business play an important role in helping the team deliver dependable, relationship-focused service to every client.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Integrity Pet & Property Care is currently seeking dependable, professional, and compassionate Pet Caregivers & Dog Walkers to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring:

• 3 Dog Walkers/Pet Caregivers in Cuyahoga County

• 3 Dog Walkers/Pet Caregivers in Medina County

• 3 Dog Walkers/Pet Caregivers in Lorain County

Preferred Candidates

Applicants with flexibility for overnight pet sitting and in-home overnight stays are strongly preferred.

Ideal Team Members Are:

• Professional, dependable, and trustworthy

• Experienced with dogs, cats, and household pet care

• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

• Strong communicators with attention to detail

• Compassionate, calm, and reliable under pressure

• Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

• Comfortable managing routines, medications, feeding instructions, and home care tasks

Requirements

• Reliable transportation

• Smartphone with consistent access to text/email communication

• Willingness to obtain an FBI background check

• Ability to provide professional and/or personal references

• Prior pet care, veterinary, rescue, kennel, childcare, caregiving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
